Condition's first instrument was the guitar in 87, which he still loves and plays.

“I was into Thrash Metal, Electro / Hip Hop and Rock and a little Reggae from 1985.”

In 1990 he got into the Rave scene, he was blown away by the whole phenomenon / cultural movement especially the Djs and music. Still maintaining a passion for golden era of Hardcore and Jungle, amongst other genres.

Started collecting records in 1994 mostly Jungle Drum and Bass, then in early 1995 started playing live at the many free parties all over Wales. Helping out with a sound system from 1995 through till 1999 on the free party scene, as well as bookings for club nights across South Wales.

During the 1990s he was playing Jungle mainly, then around year 2000 started exploring and playing other genres. A self confessed vinyl junkie, he educated himself with plenty of 1970 - 1984 Reggae and Dub, also Soul and Funk, which he has collected over the years.

In 1999 he started producing his own tracks on an Akai MPC 2000xl for a few years then swapped to computer based production in 2001.

During 2008 BBC Introducing contacted him through Myspace and arranged to play his tracks for 3 weeks running on the Radio 1 show.

DJ Crises from London’s long running Rinse FM has played a number of Condition’s tracks.
